Thermoformable anti-extension wrist antebrachial splint

Made of low density polyethylene composed of 2 valves connected together by velvet straps and a micro-hooked closure. On its dorsal side it is extended into the hand up to the metacarpophalenic joint. Interior padding in Plastazote.

Effects: Control and protection of the forearm, preventing dorsiflexion (extension) movements of the hand, and allowing palmar flexion.

Indications: Fractures of the forearm and wrist, post-operative.

Measurement: forearm circumference at mid-length in cm:

Size 1: 20-24 cm - length: 28 cm

Size 2: 24-28 cm - length: 29 cm

Size 3: 28-32 cm - length: 30 cm

Size 4: 32-36 cm - length: 31 cm
