The purpose of the knee brace is to maintain the knee joint in a physiological position during flexion-extension movements and to avoid lateral instability. It consists of two anatomical sockets (one at the thigh and one at the gastrocnemius (calf), two shaped rods, medially and laterally, with a polycentric joint with variable center that allows to faithfully follow the roto-translational movement of the joint. Free or adjustable flexion-extension joint. The orthosis is simple to apply, as both sockets can be fully opened for easy adjustment. The double lever traction system ensures perfect distribution of force over the entire circumference of the limb, and the double Velcro closure is also very secure. Maximum comfort and breathability are ensured by the innovative fabrics (3D SPACER) (100% breathable).
