Textile knee guiding orthosis with 4-point principle and limitation of extension/flexion
The new GENU-TEX® ACL soft orthosis combines the mode of action and comfort of a medical bandage with the stability of a robust hard-frame orthosis. Its rotatable articulated wings adapt to the position of the leg during movement and thus guide the movement of the knee joint.

Perfect for use in contact sports or for
movements such as jumping, running and changing direction.

Medical indications:

ACL rupture
All indications where it is necessary to ensure physiological guidance of the knee joint, such as:
General lesions of the capsular/ligamentous structures of the knee joint
Uni- or multi-axial instability
Knee release
Conservative / postoperative Knee
Cruciate ligament injuries
Meniscus reconstruction

Lateral ligament injuries

Activation of muscle work by proprioceptive stimuli
Extension limitation 0°, 10°, 20°, 30
Flexion limitation 0°, 10°, 20°, 30°, 45°, 60°, 75°, 90°.

Stabilization and guidance of the knee joint
The anatomical calf strap ensures a secure fit of the orthosis and promotes optimal adhesion to the leg
Use of GENU-TEX ACL for competition and also for training
Grip aids make it easier to put on and take off the textile orthosis.
