The device should be used in the following cases:
dislocation of the knee joint,

Postoperative knee immobilization for children consists of:
1. Two open sleeves - one tight and one tibial - which can be easily put on and precisely adjusted to the size of the lower limb.
2. Orthopedic splints with fixation system.
3. Velcro strip set.

The product is equipped with a single-axis lateral splint made of high-quality plastic with carbon fiber. The specific location of the splints in the device and their rigidity allow for perfect stabilization of the secured joint. The splints are equipped with a special adjustment of flexion and extension every 15 °. This type of precise adjustment facilitates the process of rehabilitation of the damaged knee joint. It is also possible to fix the adjustment in a 180 ° position, this option is used when it is necessary to stabilize the limb in a straight position. The weight of the device equipped with carbon fiber splints is several times less than the weight of a traditional orthosis. This fact significantly facilitates the use of the device.

1R splints – single axis orthopedic splints used in all knee joint and upper limb braces, where apart from adjustment of the flexion and extension angle, high lateral stabilization of the joint is not required, but important if low weight of the brace. Due to the low weight the splints are successfully used in all braced for children. They are manufactured with high quality polyamide with carbon fibers, making the splints light and neutral to the influence of sweat and salt, properly firm therefore ensuring correct functioning of the device. Adjustment of the flexion and extension angle is performed with special Allen screw in every 15°. Each brace is equipped with an Allen key, which is necessary for adjustment.
