4Scope Telescopic Hinged ROM Knee Brace

4Scope is lightweight and made of aluminum equipped with mono-centric splints providing flexion and extension control.

They are anatomically shaped which provides a perfect fit.

Active people often suffer from an anterior cruciate ligament tear.

In the United States, more than 100,000 knee repairs (arthroscopies) are performed each year.

These are typically athletes who train to perform a lot of pivoting movements (football, basketball, American football) and skiers.

Two cruciate ligaments:

The anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) and posterior cruciate ligament (PCL) play a key role in stabilizing the knee.

The ACL prevents the tibia from moving (translating) with the femur and controls rotation.

The LCP functions to prevent the femur from sliding on the anterior edge of the tibia and to prevent the tibia from moving behind the femur.

Two other ligaments, the medial collateral ligament and the lateral collateral ligament, stabilize the knee in the frontal plane.

Two menisci (medial and lateral) help absorb forces during activity so that bone surfaces are not damaged.

ACL injury may be isolated (rarely) or associated with injury to the MCL, meniscus, or articular cartilage.

The undesirable but common position of the injury is called "no return," which involves a valgus knee with contradirectional rotation of the femur and tibia.

In case of severe ACL injury, often associated with meniscus injury, treatment is based on surgery - arthroscopy.

After this repair, it is necessary to immobilize the joint in a special postoperative knee brace.

The best knee brace is our new knee brace with range of motion adjustment.

Our universal knee brace is the best solution for post-operative immobilization.

4Scope is a lightweight orthosis attached to the patient's leg.

It is equipped with monocentric splints which allow flexion and extension to be controlled.

The splints are made of high quality hot-coated aluminum.

They are anatomically shaped, which allows for perfect fit and stabilization.

The knee brace features range of motion hinges ranging from 30 degrees of extension to 120 degrees of flexion in 15 degree increments.

You can change the range of motion easily without additional tools.

The hinges are made of plastic with carbon fibers, making them lightweight and skin-friendly.

4Scope is one size fits all, thanks to the telescopic splints and the innovative pressure slide system.

The knee brace is equipped with two straps for the thighs and calves with anatomically shaped buckles.

The straps are adjustable in length, allowing for a perfect fit even for people with massive thighs and smaller calves or other disproportions.

In addition, the anti-migration silicone system prevents the orthosis from slipping.

The 4Scope features a quick release buckle system for easy application.

This system allows you to memorize the length of each strap.

After putting the orthosis back in place, the system provides the same fit and compression.

The 4Scope Post-Op Knee Brace is a universal sizing item for both legs to fit a wide variety of patients.
