The installation is simple. Close the sliding buckles and adjust in front on the belly. Then turn the belt to bring the ball back to the navel. To remove it, do the opposite.

Measurements and sizes:
Waist circumference at the navel hernia reduced in cm.
Between two sizes, choose the smaller one.
Take the measurement by tightening a little with the tape measure.
Contraindications: Non-reducible umbilical hernia. In this case, never apply compression to the hernia: you risk ingrowth, or even occlusion, danger!, Consult your doctor.
