They come in different widths and thicknesses, are made of different types of plastics, such as polyamide, ABS or acrylic, and these characteristics determine their rigidity. Thanks to their design, they are resistant to water, moisture and sweat. Products equipped with them can be washed without having to remove them from the orthosis. Our plastic stays work in one direction, perfectly stabilize the protected body part laterally, adapting to it at the same time, and have a memory function, thanks to which they always return to their original shape. This function allows the stays of the orthosis to stabilize the swollen limb immediately after the injury and after the swelling has subsided. Plastic stays cannot bend and therefore cannot correct body posture or the blocked joint.

AeroSpace™ is an innovative raw material of the new generation. It is a 3D elastic remote knit consisting of two layers of facings and an interlacing that creates the appropriate thickness of the raw material and has relief properties. The knit is made from the highest quality polyester yarns, ensuring high mechanical strength, and spandex, ensuring good flexibility. This material is characterized by very low weight, high flexibility and a very wide openwork structure, which allows sweat to be very easily wicked away from the body and fresh air to the skin. Products made from this raw material are neutral for the secured joint, do not heat or cool it, but provide adequate compression and fit and reduce muscle vibrations generated during physical exertion. Its thickness and 3D structure perfectly relieve orthopedic splints, stays or other elements mounted on the product and guarantee velvety softness to the touch.

The straps are made of ActiveRubber II™.

ActiveRubber II™ is strong and has bi-directional elasticity. It can be stretched, increasing the length and width, which improves compression. Between the braids, air circulates freely and the skin can breathe. In addition, in case of strong compression, these rubber braids provide a gentle massage to the skin. Our orthopedic rubber is very skin-friendly.
