The upper thorax lumbar sacral orthosis is very comfortable and functional. It is made of breathable materials, which allow sweat to evaporate from the skin. The anatomical shape provides a good fit of the device and better TLSO stabilization. Thanks to the bands under the armpits, it is possible to achieve total anterior-posterior stabilization. The back part of the orthosis is made of ActivSpace material, which is non-elastic, which increases the stabilization of the spine. The thinness and softness of the material allow to ensure total comfort.

The side parts are made of perforated orthopedic foam, which has one-way elasticity. The small holes allow the skin to breathe.

The rear part is equipped, depending on the size, with two to four orthopedic splints and an upper column frame. The orthopedic splints are anatomical and have a sweat-proof coating.

The closures of the orthosis are asymmetrical. This solution allows the device to be adjusted precisely to the body. Two sets of double bands provide better thoracico-lumbar stabilization of the spine.
