To put it on you must observe the following aspects:

1- Loosen the tension bands by removing its micro-hooks, then open the zipper.

2-Place the belt around the back, matching its central line with the lumbosacral segment, so that it remains centered with the spinous processes. Proceed to close it by fixing the micro-hooks. 3-Close the zipper and adjust the lower semi-rigid straps, fixing them in the lower abdominal area. Then, adjust the upper semi-rigid straps in the abdominal area. If necessary, adjust the length of the straps by shortening them by removing the clip fasteners. Once shortened, place the clip fasteners again.

4-Adjust the tension bands, pulling their ends and directing them towards the lower abdominal area, where they will attach thanks to the micro-hook areas.
