Post-operative goural shoe type IV

Made on a neutral last and can be adapted for the left and right foot, non-slip rocker sole and Velcro fastening system that allows adaptation to feet with large deformities or with postoperative bandages, made of breathable material. The front area includes a toe cap that can be removed or inserted according to the patient's needs. Its versatility allows us to remove the insole that it incorporates and change it for an active unloading insole.

Indications:
Post-surgery of the foot and toes, in cases where, due to venous return problems (edema), it is not possible to adapt conventional footwear. Diabetic feet, plantar ulcers or other foot pathologies, as long as they incorporate a discharge sole.

Optional sole:

Composed of a velvet base with a micro-hook adhesive layer on which a sole is glued, composed of 10 mm thick hexagonal urethane cells (EVA) in slow memory material whose function is to relieve and reduce the desired pressure zones and PORON lining offering flexibility and capacity to absorb loads and impacts.

Thanks to the large number of mobile hexagonal cells that make up the sole, it is possible to remove those that coincide with the ulcerated area or the area where pressure relief is required. Ulcers sometimes have a migratory character but it is possible to reposition and/or remove the cells according to the positioning and healing process of the ulcers, while modifying the pressure points as needed. This allows a reduction of pressure and load forces of up to 60% in all phases of static or dynamic load.

Plantar ulcers of the heel and forefoot.
- Neuropathies with risk of plantar ulcers.
- Diabetic foot.
- Postoperative.
- Plantar warts intervened.
- Plantar injuries

Thanks to the large number of mobile hexagonal cells that make up the sole, it is possible to remove those that coincide with the ulcerated area or the area where pressure needs to be relieved.
