Contraindications: Non-reducible inguinal hernia. In this case, never apply compression to the unreduced hernia: you risk inflaming, or even occlusion, danger!, Consult your doctor.

How to choose your goural ball to keep your hernia reduced ?

- If you need to press your hand very lightly, or post-op, choose the Goural type I pad (flat, 9 mm thick)

- If you need to press your hand lightly to moderately, choose the goural type II pad (anatomical, 28 mm thick)

Advice :

If however, in some rare cases, your hernia is not reduced perfectly with a single hernia pad, and you feel that with greater local compression, the result could be perfect.
