Patella-c Active Patellar Centering Knee Brace
The Patella-c knee brace is a very comfortable short brace for the treatment of lateral patellar dislocation.
The splint is made of unique, breathable materials.
Patella support is provided by a soft lateral pad, equipped with two independent circumferential straps that attach above and below the knee. In addition, the adjustable silicone pad properly holds the patella.

The front part of the orthosis is made of perforated, non-elastic ActivPren that compresses the knee joint.
The back part is made of an elastic perforated material called ProSix 3D, which is very thin, which facilitates knee flexion during performance (e.g. in sports).
Lateral pelotte, which supports the patella, is made of non-elastic airy material called ActivSpace.
To precisely stabilize the knee joint, we additionally use two lateral spiral stays.
