Open knee brace for children with a mechanism to adjust the range of motion every 15°. This open construction allows the brace to be used in case of immediate injury with swelling. It is made of light and airy materials which is the best solution for young people.

Children's orthosis, open type, made of innovative ProSIX material, which adapts to the shape of the limbs precisely by stretching in all directions. It is equipped with 2 independent sets of Velcro fastening straps. The product is equipped with single-axis lateral metal rods. The positioning of the splints and their specific flexibility allow for a perfect fit and therefore stabilization of the protected joint. The splints are equipped with a mechanism for adjusting flexion and extension every 15 degrees, which greatly facilitates the process of rehabilitation of the damaged joint. It is also possible to fix the mechanism in a 180° position, which is used in case of need to stabilize the limb in a stretched position.

Orthopedic splints 1R are the innovative solution with adjustment of flexion and extension. The drop lock is very small (diameter: 30 mm) and allows 15° adjustment of the ROM. In addition, we apply the Allen screws, which are mounted by steel pins and the magnet. The most innovative is the locking disc with the ratchet, which ensures the required angle of ROM. In short knee braces, 1R splints are universal, so they are suitable for both legs, but in long splints, 1R splints have an anatomical shape for the right or left leg.
