GenuTrain is the functional knee orthosis that has undergone the most improvements since its launch on the market in 1981.

This new generation (the ^7th ) has an Omega viscoelastic insert surrounding the kneecap for better comfort.

Further improvements have been made to the brace, making it better than ever for pain relief and stabilization of the knee joint.

Relieves pain and stabilizes your knee

The GenuTrain active orthosis features a newly designed knit: highly elastic, breathable and moisture-wicking to ensure excellent comfort.

It is equipped with a viscoelastic insert, called Pelote Omega, surrounding the kneecap with two pressure points on the distal part of the pad and two lateral fins at the height of the menisci.

The Omega pad allows for distribution of compression in the knee pad, from the kneecap to the surrounding soft tissues.

The pressure points of the Omega pad put pressure on Hoffa's fat pads.

They reduce pressure and relieve pain in the retropatellar area.

The lateral wings of the Omega pad reach the anterior parts of the base of the meniscus and help reduce pain through intermittent compression.

When walking or running, muscle contractions cause downward or upward pressure, resulting in an effect similar to an intermittent compression massage.

This stimulates the metabolism and accelerates the resorption of edema and effusions.

The movements cause a massaging effect on the soft structures of the patellar region thanks to the viscoelastic insert.

The surrounding musculature is also activated which ultimately increases the stabilization of the joint.

The materials and shape of GenuTrain have been specially selected to make the orthosis the most ingenious design possible offering optimal effect and a high level of comfort.

A new design knit:

highly elastic, breathable and moisture-wicking to ensure excellent comfort.

A new, particularly soft and fine knit is used in the popliteal fossa area.

Compression is lower at the ends to eliminate constrictions.

The spiral stays positioned on each side ensure that the orthosis does not lose its original anatomical shape during movement, while the integrated donning aids allow you to put on GenuTrain without straining.
