Gonartec Advance, comfortable and lightweight orthosis, with enveloping design, to relieve the unicompartmental load of the knee. For treatment of gonarthrosis (femoro-tibial osteoarthritis).
A comfortable, lightweight, wraparound design orthosis to relieve unicompartmental loading of the knee.
Articulation allowing adjustment of varus-valgus and flexion-extension.
Helps control knee movement and position in the frontal and sagittal planes.
3-point pressure system.
Two crossed straps ensure optimal relief on the affected side.
Great protection in corrective force areas.
The elasticity allows for perfect anatomical adaptation and comfort.
Indications:
Minor or moderate unicompartmental osteoarthritis of the knee.
Genu varus or genu valgus associated with osteoarthritis.
Medial or lateral meniscal tear.
Effects:
Internal or external condylar pressure, realignment of the axis.
Thigh/leg deviation.
Medial or lateral mechanical relief of the knee.
Stabilizes and limits the range of motion of the joint.
Pain relief.
