Product Description
The orthosis is equipped with dual-axis lateral splints without adjustment of the extension and flexion angle, an anatomically shaped ring stabilizing the patella and a rear transverse fixation.

Made of ActivPren fabric. Thanks to the Air Supply System and the perforation of the soft part of the knee pad, the skin breathes better and moisture is wicked away to the outside of the knee pad.

Stabilizes the knee and kneecap, relieves the muscles and the joint between the kneecap and the thigh.

Properties
Perfect moisture drainage of the orthosis - thanks to the use of internal perforation that allows the skin to breathe freely.

Partial heat evacuation from the patient's skin - through the use of an internal perforation which allows excess heat to escape.

Perfect stabilization of the patella - thanks to the use of an anatomically profiled ring made of antifungal foam.

Increased joint stabilization - thanks to the lengthening of the orthopedic splints and the installation of four groups of Velcro straps.

Purpose of use
Should be used in cases of:
- dislocation of the genital joint,
- torsion and sprain of the genital joint,
- lateral instability of the genital joint,
- knee ligament injuries LCL, MCL and ACL,
- reconstruction of knee ligaments,
- other operations (orthopedic),
- habitual subluxation of the patellas, post-traumatic

Contraindications
Should not be applied in case of:
- fresh wounds
- skin attrition
- skin eczema
- skin allergies
- varicose veins
- ulceration of the tibia

Splints 2
Splints [2] - Dual-axis polycentric splints equipped with a rack and pinion mechanism that reproduces the anatomical movement of the knee joint.

These splints are mainly used in all types of knee joint orthoses, in cases where lateral stabilization of the joint is required.

They are made of high quality aluminum alloy, with a durable sanded coating, which protects the splint from the influence of sweat and salt.

The standard length of the splint is 280 mm. The splints are equipped with a specially shaped silicone insert to stabilize the splint and free the knee joint.

Information for patients
- The product must be applied as directed and under the supervision of a physician.

- The first application must be carried out by a doctor or qualified medical personnel.

- The orthosis should not be used if a heating ointment or gel has been applied previously.

- It is recommended to use the item with minimal compression anti-varicose stockings or socks.

- Improper use of the item or choosing the wrong size may result in impaired venous and arterial circulation, trauma to the protected joint, skin diseases, etc.

- Lack of daily personal hygiene or improper care and washing of the item may cause skin attrition or allergic reactions linked to intense sweating and the development of bacterial flora.

- The orthosis as a medical device should not be used during sports activities or exercises.

Interview
- Wash your hands with warm water and soap at a temperature of 30°.
- Do not mold.
- Do not chlorinate.
- Dry away from heat sources.
