GenuTrain P3 Active orthosis for improved patella guidance
GenuTrain P3 High quality knitted knee brace for active centering of the patella to stabilize and prevent patellar dislocations.
Active orthosis for improved guidance of the patella
GenuTrain P3 provides an analgesic effect in cases of poor positioning of the patella (lateralization of the patella), anterior knee pain (patellofemoral pain syndrome) or pain due to patellar tendinitis.
The active orthosis with two integrated massage pads (the pads) and an adjustable guide rod reliably keeps the kneecap in its natural, centered position, activates the muscles and thus accelerates healing.
-
reliable guidance of the ball joint
-
reduces knee pain
-
stabilizes the knee joint
The kneecap under control
P3 – stands for “permanent patella protection”.
Because the GenuTrain P3 reliably guides the kneecap with every movement.
The kneecap is centered by a specially shaped massage pad with high-rising fins and inward-facing nubs to exert pressure on Hoffa's fat pads, which relieves pain.
An incorporated guide rod prevents any lateral movement of the ball joint and can be tightened differently depending on the load conditions.
Another wedge-shaped massage pad, placed on the upper edge of the orthosis, provides slight relief to the tendons associated with the patella, thereby reducing the outward pull.
The kneecap is thus relieved and supported in its natural movement. The compression knit and the two pads of the orthosis exert a massage with each movement that provides relief, which allows swelling to be absorbed more quickly and activates the muscles that stabilize the joint.
Training goal: regeneration
The GenuTrain P3 is ideal for sports, as it is mainly athletes who suffer from knee pain, especially in the patella area, following twisting or direct impacts.
The active orthosis shortens the regeneration phase, prevents overloads and consequential injuries and allows you to resume training more quickly.
It fits optimally to the knee thanks to its high elasticity and does not restrict movement.
Breathable materials and pressure-reducing outer edges ensure a comfortable wearing experience.
