Features :

Pediatric anti-equine foot positioning orthosis-splint.

The anti-equine effect is adjustable with the two length-adjustable side straps.

Comfortable even in permanent use. Orthosis made with a rigid structure in 4 mm high density polyethylene, a non-slip sole, Velcro straps to regulate dorsiflexion and an inner foam lining.

It works as a progressive positional splint, to prevent equinus feet and, in cases of prolonged bed rest, to prevent muscle shortening, particularly in the plantar flexor muscles.


Indications: It is indicated to increase and/or maintain the amplitude of dorsiflexion and to control the ankle during the night.
Avoid plantar flexion by keeping the ankle as close to a neutral position as possible for each patient, passively stretching the plantar fascia and calf musculature during the nighttime period.
