The lower limb realignment orthosis is composed of a belt and two thigh straps, joined by elastic bands that exert traction from the inner side of the two muscles to the posterior part of the belt, in order to keep the lower limbs in abduction, and thus obtain their correct alignment. The belt and thigh straps are made of velvet and are closed at the front using a simple system of straps and micro-hooks. The belt and thigh straps have silicone beads on the inside that prevent the orthosis from moving and rotating on the patient's body. The belt also has lumbar padding for greater comfort.
