The Stroke Splint is a short device that holds the hand in extension. Made of lightweight, thermoformed ABS, the brace is covered with skin-friendly ActivDistance™ fabric.

ActivDistance™ is a 3-layer laminate, consisting of comfort foam and 2 layers of non-elastic polyamide. ActivDistance™ is not elastic which improves stabilization. The foam inside makes our fabric very soft and comfortable. ActivDistance™ is self-gripping on both sides, which allows you to adapt our devices perfectly.

The thermoformed ABS material is extremely light and comfortable. Special holes allow air to circulate and the skin to breathe.

The anatomically shaped orthosis keeps the hand in a neutral, extended position.

The Velcro finger straps allow each finger to be adjusted independently. In addition, the hand splint is equipped with a metatarsal strap and a wrist strap for better stabilization.

Our splint controls the increase in muscle tension in the hand area. It keeps the hand in a neutral and extended position, preventing involuntary tensions of the flexors. The apoplexy splint prevents finger flexion convulsions and deformities.
