Stable shoulder-arm-hand positioning orthosis.

INDICATIONS
Post-operative after any open or arthroscopic shoulder surgery


Specifically:

After rotator collar reconstruction after proximal humerus fracture

After shoulder prosthesis implantation

After capsulotomy for shoulder stiffness


Conservative treatment of:

Fracture of the proximal humerus

Fracture of the proximal humerus

Shoulder dislocation

Inflammatory diseases of the shoulder (eg, subacromial bursitis)


BENEFITS
Stable positioning of the upper and lower arm (pain reduction)

30° abduction to avoid blocking the axillary hollow

Average internal rotation position at approximately 45° to avoid excessive shortening of the subscapularis tendon

Treatment of the posterior and anterior shoulder using an external rotation wedge
