SofTec OA knit provides high tensile strength and maximum freedom of muscle movement.

The orthosis consists of a multifunctional system of straps with an integral element including anatomical shells, silicone pads and an inflatable air chamber device.

A multi-talented orthosis

SofTec® OA can be adjusted in a variety of ways.

Four non-stretch straps placed respectively on the thigh and on the leg offer a possibility of finely graduated adjustment and protect the orthosis against rotational forces during movement.

Silicone pads cover the air chamber system on the leg surface.

By inflating and deflating the air chambers, the patient can adjust the valgus pressure to their needs at any time.

The shells are connected by an extremely high-performance, flat, duocentric joint that allows the application of significant forces to the system.

Two zippers make it easy to put on and take off the orthosis.

The knee cannot rotate and the kneecap is held securely in its centered position.

A perfect combination

Two inserts located at the proximal and distal edge of the patella indicate the correct position of the orthosis and reduce effusions and edema more quickly during movement.

Plus greater wearing comfort, the shells are thermoformable which makes them adjustable to the patient's morphology.

The pressure can be changed at any time and depending on the activity being performed:
