Dictus Original is a discreet aid suitable for both children and adults. The strap easily attaches around the ankle with Velcro and remains comfortable all day long. The ankle strap is made of genuine leather that is soft against the skin and becomes more comfortable with each use. On the front of the ankle strap there is a D-ring through which the supplied soft rubber strap is threaded. It is then attached to the hooks mounted in the lacing loops of the shoe. When the user walks with the Dictus elastic, the foot is automatically lifted by the elastic.

Dictus original is an orthopedic technical aid that helps and facilitates walking, reduces the risk of tripping/falling.

The Dictus strap is easy to remove and put on, does not take up space in shoes and allows easy variation between different shoes.

Indications for use

• Decreased muscle strength – difficulty walking the foot
• Peroneusparesis (dropsical foot)
• Stroke
• MS (multiple sclerosis)

Orthosis for the treatment of dropped feet without spasticity (stiffness) or instability of the ankle.

Composed of an ankle bracelet, hooks passed through the eyelets of the shoe, and an elastic connecting ring (which must be changed regularly (average screw life: 2 months).

Ankle circumference at the narrowest point above the malleoli :

- Small: 12-17 cm

- Medium: 15-20 cm

- Large: 20-25 cm

- XLarge: >25 cm
