Standard Forearm Rest for Wheelchair

The modular armrests are available in three sizes and can be used in combination with the modular hand supports. The modular system allows for flexibility in order to meet the individual needs of different patients. In combination with the appropriate hand support, the modular armrest provides functional support for patients with weakness or paralysis of the upper extremities. Each combination of forearm support and hand support can be installed directly on the wheelchair armrests and on the swivel units of the armrests. Support straps can be used if necessary. We supply all the necessary hardware for mounting the modular armrest on the wheelchair armrest. If desired, the channel armrest can also be used without the hand support for special seating systems. The channel forearm support can thus be used in combination with hand control units, computer joysticks, etc. This allows for optimal positioning and guidance of the arm.

Compared with the standard armrest, the rounded armrest has an improved contour and rounded surfaces. Both sizes can be easily installed on standard armrests. The standard and Desk armrests can be installed on armrests with a distance of 225 mm or 85 mm between the drill holes, respectively.
