Removable finger separator for resting orthoses

The neurological finger separator is an additional equipment for forearm and hand orthoses.

It provides good finger positioning and maintains optimal abduction of the proximal phalanges, in the case of neurological and rheumatological disorders. When spasticity occurs, the separator prevents the fingers from excessive clenching. In the case of swan neck deformity in rheumatoid arthritis, the construction of the device with special closure, corrects the fingers from the ulnar position to a more neutral position. Maintaining the optimal neutral position of the hand helps to stop the development of neurological diseases and degeneration.
